Say something nice about each one.
Demon Souls had cool boss designs and ideas while setting the foundation for the series.
Dark Souls had a great world that connected together.
Dark Souls II made me fap to a bird.
Never played the other two.

Demon Souls: Cool areas
Dark Souls: Replay value
Dark Souls 2/ DS2 Sotfs: Big as game (To big IMO, but still a good handful of areas to run around)
Bloodborne: Trick weapons feel sooooooooooooooooooooooooo......... good
Dark Souls 3: Got a few feels from me

to much as
DeS - god tier atmosphere and innovatized genre, all bosses while being clunky were different
DaS - uninspired des ripoff to made some cash, but dragon girl was cute and it introduced covenants and falling attack
DaS2- return to the des and kf style with dungeon explicating being a main focus, great gameplay with armor effects, spells being actually different and best covenants in the series
Bloodborne - literally god tied game, focus on the fast gameplay but bosses still felt very different no beast bosses alike, no humanoid bosses feeling the same. Chalice exploration is fun even now, and the only game since des where you can make pure fire/arcane/ligh weapon
DaS3 - I can't justify existence of this game, there literally nothing good about it. People praise bossed or individual level design, but in my opinion both were poorly made. Game is tedious and doesn't have any fun inside

Dark Souls: Creative level design.
Dark Souls 2: There's a lot of it.
Dark Souls 3: Beatiful areas, great voice acting, managed to keep me engaged whereas the other games had some uninteresting moments.

Dark Souls: Best world design
Dark Souls 2: Most content, although quality of said content is debatable
Dark Souls 3: Best individual level design
Bloodborne: Best boss fights

What do tou guys mean by good atmosphere, genuinely curious. The term just seems so vague it could mean anything depending on who you ask.

Perfect example is Tower of Latria. The lighting, the ominous background noise and Mindflayers create a real sense of oppression and loneliness that hasn't been beaten in Dark Souls
