SMT are games about capturing monsters that have various elemental abilties and fighting other monsters, and they are all about hitting weaknesses and staying alive, like pokemon.

Persona is a spinoff of SMT that keeps the whole "tame monsters to fighter demons" thing except you are in high school and you balance RPG gameplay with dating sim/life sim stuff like studying for tests, going on dates, doing part time jobs, etc

Try Nocturne and SJ redux. Basically they have fucking good demon designs and the gameplay, with fusions, are pretty fun.

I hope DEEP strange journey has more of best girl (male)

I just started Persona 5 a few days ago and I'm at the part where Makoto just got her persona. There are a few points that kind of bother me. For one Ann, Why when her whole arc was basically about how the rumors about her being a slut were fake, did her persona turn out to be the literal personification of sluttiness and sadism, there's literally a quiz about how Carmen was one of the worst femme fatales ever.
Also, they completely gloss over the moral implications of changing people hearts, Akechi brings it up briefly but it's pretty much brushed aside as "where justice so everyone who doesn't like us is an asshole". They then proceed to be huge assholes to Mokoto right after, especially Ann.
Also since I'm pretty sure Akechi ends up being the bad guy, the one guy who held the opposing view, and completely rational fear of, the MCs ends up having no ground to stand on with no real consideration.
Just wondering if anyone feels similarly about these points or not.
