I wish I could trust this, but between Piranha Bites have horrible track record over the past few years, the hideous art direction and clear lack of an interesting vision, and the very clear visual allusions to the three currently most awful RPG franchises don't exactly inspire faith in me.

I hate to jump the bandwaggon, and maybe the game will ultimately surprise me, but this really does feel a lot like "We are going to make Elder Scrolls AND Fallout AND Mass Effect - in a single game, much smaller budget than each of those". And given that Risen 2/3 and Gothic 3 were all pretty awful, leaving them with two good, more than ten years old games and one passable rip-off of the previous good one... this really does not look promising to me.

Thiw time I'm way less hyped than for G3 (insane), Risen (carrfuly opyimistic), Risen 2 (insane), and Risen 3 (might be cool).

I mean at this point I know they can't make anything near the quality of G2. And even if they could it won't feel the same because consoles, they just can't do something like that anymore.
