I bought the sequel on ps2 and it was actually good action game but didn't go far into because I want to play the first game first. Everyone who seem to played it praised the game even crapgamer liked the game. I heard the ds game was some what decent but it's hard to find.

Panzer Dragoon Orta is a great on-rails shooter with a lot of extra content. there's Blinx if you like puzzle platformer games, and a personal favourite (and a game that can't be played on any other system as of now), Toejam and Earl III: Mission to Earth
