The Spear of Fury is a mechanic that binds+targets one player, has the player that gets hit first by the spear take the most damage, and everyone in the middle has to soak the damage. You need a CD and 6 party members in the middle with the player targeted in the back hit last in order to survive. It also goes through all invulnerability abilities, so you can't cheese it either.

Therefore, if you try doing what he did, you would be one shot. So technically, the scene DOES work in the context of the game, if you assume that knight is the EX version.
