Deus ex is also sci-fi then. Cyberpunk IS sci-fi with body augments, grim dystopian future and super powerfull corporations instead of government, both deus ex and e.y.e has those traits.

You get better characters by bodysnatching buff dudes with your hacker. Whole world is run by corporations. The guards will arrest or shoot people for whatever.

Alpha Protocol has some of the most futuristic superpowers (remote fucking hacking), more grim dystopian realism and more "international megacorporations vs governments vs people" than most games mentioned here

It's a mixture between cyberpunk and traditional dungeon crawling fantasy.

If the real Prey 2 came out, it would have been amazing. You can see the e3 gameplay of the game before it was cancelled.
