The "Still in development" game Distance has some pretty creepy moments in it... Don't buy it though.

I don't know if it counts but twisted metal and also there was a mode in Mortal Kombat Armaggedon called "Mortal Kart". As the name suggests, it's a simple mario kart close with gore.

There's a few that have some spooks thrown into them, but how would a racing game which based itself around horror work exactly?
