Those legs are not to make it more ergonomic, they're to make it easier to see the keys. Typing that way makes your wrists bend more than they have to.
For comfort, go flat. If you're a shitter, go tilted.

Tilted looks better. Otherwise I just use it cuz I'm used to it.

I like to balance mine in between flat and tilted in a quantum state. At first, they would pop back down into one of the binary positions after nearly every keystroke, then a brilliant idea came before me. I have since killed myself and this is actually Aiden's mother. Fuck you all.

I don't look at the keyboard while I type so I always leave it flat. Tilted increases the stress on your wrists.
