The only thing I'm worried about is one of the devs said the entire game takes place in real time. That means no cuts or time skip. I'm not sure how they'll pull it off. As for the gameplay, it's probably going to be fine. The devs said they were surprised people thought the whole game was going to be like the trailer when they only put that sequence in because they wanted to show off something new. It was assumed that fans would know how the game would play when multiple enemies make an appearance, so they wanted to show some of Kratos new powers, as well as his old ones, but apparently shitheads thought the entire game was going to be like that.

Negative. All the games have followed the same formula for storytelling and gameplay since the first game. Only the new one shows to make a significant change in the formula and it seems to be for the worse. Like I mentioned in a previous post, I'd rather they have spinoffs in different unexplored mythologies than try to transform what God of War is.

Even keeping it as a pure action game would be wise, since it's a market that's pretty much dominated by Japanese games, and they come far and between with only a few names to mention like DMC, Bayonetta and Ninja Gaiden, 2 of which haven't released a game in years.
