On original hardware, which is completely irrelevant when talking about emulation. It doesn't have the same framerate drops running on Cemu, providing you have the CPU power. It's no different to the way Xbox 360 games run better via emulation on the Xbone, or even how 3DS games with framerate issues are smoothed out by forcing N3DS clocks in them via custom firmware. The framerate drops aren't built into the game, so removing the bottleneck in the original hardware removes them too.

Of course, some autism-tier ultra-accurate emulators aim to emulate everything perfectly, slowdown included, but Cemu and most other popular ones don't.

ARMS looks exactly like the kind of game that would get announced for the Wii U that everyone would talk up for how fun it looked/was, be played among a dedicated group for a few months and then never be brought up again. Mario Odyssey admittedly looks really good.

I would love a new Prime game that incorporated the joycon as a pointer because Prime 3/Trilogy's controls were fucking butter. Even better if they design combat more around it rather than retrofitting it around the standard Prime mechanics. I'd be happy if the rumors of a new 2D Metroid are true...but I'd also be highly skeptical of whatever talent is behind it.
