I keep getting into tournaments with fucking eurotrash and matched up with them in the first round just for it to not sync up and be decided by a fucking coinflip, and then get into a round after that in loser's bracket and lose because I'm pissed off so I just make retarded decisions the entire time. Ranked mode doesn't even work even if you just sit at the match list for an autist waiting for games for 30 minutes. I can't even connect to any player rooms and the ones I do connect to end up with the faggot host quitting before I even get to my turn. just play on a basic level, because you need a handle on command inputs before any of that other shit. if you don't know the difference between your forward+rightkick compared to back+kick or down+kick or whatever, you'll just be mashing.

find someone you like and just experiment, moving around the stage and using different inputs. eventually certain inputs will "click" with you. for instance since i play chloe and asuka, back+right kick is a meaty knee attack that counter-hits into full combo for both of them. using that input to fish for a counter hit is very natural to me. theres lots of examples of this kind of overlap in tekken, along with all the unique stuff each character does.

when people talk about df2 in general, they are talking about a launcher, but not every character has this input. its just a common overlap.

well, it took me about 10 mins but your mileage may vary. as far as I know they don't work natively. (at least they didn't the last time I reinstalled all my shits)

I've done the thing where it makes your PC just think it's a 360 controller, which is super easy to use with a USB bluetooth dongle. Works just like on the PS3 except all my in-game tooltips reference 360 controls. I never really used the button pressure-sensitivity outside of MGS2 anyway.

I can't get consistent FPS even at low with 1080p.
I tried 720p, but I can get solid 60fps only with all low.
