>racing game costs $140
why is this allowed?
This game is a sim, and those cars cost like 600,000+ plus, so 140 for a full experience is a fucking bargain.

car manufacturers started charging them for the rights to use their car models and brands.
Forza franchise dishes out money to the exotic car makers.

kek
It's $100 for the game and the Blizzard Mountain and Hot Wheels expansions.
Anything else is vehicle DLC which I will not purchase. I have 100 hours in Forza Horizon 3.
The game industry has been corrupted for the last decade at least with money grubbing practices. Shouldn't be surprised anymore or even (((why)))

How's the PC port of this anyway?

so you bought the standard "non-ultimate" version then bought the hot wheels and blizzrd mountain dlc's? How many less cars do you get compared to the ultimate?
Expectations grow
Development costs grow
DLC grows to cut losses
Standard edition still exists. Or wait a couple months and the ultimate editions always go on sale for around the standard price.

They fixed a lot of the performance issues with the Hot Wheels updates. I still get some random crashes though.
