I just keep telling myself that it's the same predictable shit every time. there's literally nothing to do but feel bad until it passes. breakups happen, and happiness happens after the breakup, and it's inevitable. there's no rushing it, there's just a lot of contemplation and brooding and overthinking until suddenly you're okay again.
