Games on handheld don't necessarily scale their interfaces to match that of TV mode. Makes games like Puyo Puyo Tetris more difficult to play because the game still takes place in windows with large borders as if you were connected to a large TV.

Only thing that comes to mind is lack of DS/3DS/New 3DS compatibility.
If it had BC it would be an obvious upgrade for their whole handheld market.
As it is people will hang on to the older handheld and may not upgrade until the software library is there if they ever do.

Don't see any issues with the buttons. The camera and dual screen is more gimmick then any usefulness. Cool I can see an overhead map, without pausing. I'd rather have the portability of the switch, then to be tethered to my living room.
