While I agree with you anon the new Gran Turismo won't even come close to Forza. They eliminated 3/4 of the car list which was the biggest appeal of Gran Turismo.
At least Forza at its 350 cars let's you customize the shit out of your car. Gran Turismo is mostly stock with tuning upgrades.
