That team might work at lower ranks but a decent opponent running actual meta dive or pharmercy will eat it alive (Dva can stop Pharah but there isn't enough follow up and Dva's role in this team is already forced into a pseudo-main tank role given Zarya certainly can't be the main tank to initiate).
