Dissidia NT is ported directly from an arcade cabinet running on modified PS4 hardware. They only had to minimally tweak things to run on actual commercial PS4s. (To contrast, the arcade boards for Street Fighter IV and Tekken 7 were Windows XP/7/8-based.)

So keep your shirt on, mate. If you get a PC port, it'll take a bit more effort and come later.
