the make the widest variaty in terms of quests and usually the best open world rpgs... not much a fan of fallout even 3 was a bit iffy to me.. but elders scrolls..well this is something unique even now among many many other openworld rpgs that tried to copy and compete.

I live in maryland too and considering that all the crabs are fished up and the biggest thing here is Baltimore Bethesda is probably the best thing we have going for us in this state (Even if they moved from bethesda MD to rockville MD)

They are great developers that makes games with flaws that can be modded out. People don't realize it but with Skyrim and FO4 they are the only game dev that's active working to make RPGs that don't use number abstractions all the time. Which is a good thing because this isn't DnD it's VIDEO games, when you have the ability to portray everything visually, the old "use various numbers and stats as abstractions for things" RPGs are suboptimal results in such a medium.

Chaotic = less ordered, more sporadic perhaps. Chaotic good = good person, but has their own set of rules that may or may not conform with the law. I would argue the Punisher is Chaotic Good, for instance.

Chaotic Neutral = person who is unaligned with good or evil, and basically do whatever they want. Arguably renegade Shepard.

Chaotic Evil: Do whatever they want, as long as its evil. Pretty much the puppy-kicking arch-villains, like Joker and Kefka.

Chaotic = values Freedom more than Law.

For example. I bought Fallout 4 but it was so bad I refunded it and bought New Vegas instead. The game felt even better due to how much of a bad time I had with Fallout 4.

The distinction is clear when playing DnD games. Don't pay attention to the words used.
Chaotic is someone that doesn't care much about rules or hates them. For instance chaotic characters would lie a lot, cheat, not keep their words, etc...
"Good/Evil" in DnD is more about being a good boy that dindu nuffin or le twisted psychopath.
