Honestly, I'd be okay with MvCI for the moment if, a) they confirmed that more characters that everyone wants or was expecting, like Doom, X-Men characters, Dormammu, She-Hulk, Vergil, etc. were on their way and b) if they had a Fight Money system like SFV. But Capcom is stupid so they won't even do the latter. Nope, gotta pay for that shit. Fuck Capcom.

The MCU ruined everything, and i'm not even talking about Doom or the X-Men, now they don't need to try adding any new characters from either company, they can get away with that shitty Capcom roster because:

1. Iron Man and Captain America are in the game, that by itself is already enough to make little kids pester their parents to buy them the game and make other MCU fans interested in it

2. The FGC is going to eat it up because it's made by Capcom

They can get away with this and they will, this is truly the darkest timeline

The roster sucks, but somefucking how Nova got in, so I'm alright.
Besides that, the game looks like the most competent game in the Vs. series. I just hope that the DLC prices aren't ridiculous when they finally release Taskmaster

Dude, Gwenpool is one of if not my favorite of Marvel's current comics but she has no place on a fighting game
Her 'superpower' is fourth-wall awareness and that's it. You can't make that work on a fast-paced fighting game aside from maybe ripping off Deadpool's Lv 3 Hyper and making a whole moveset like that.
Aside from that she's just a girl with lots of guns. She would be as interesting of a character as Chris.
Same with Punisher.
The whole point of Marvel on MvC is the spectacular super powers and characters.
