Persona 5 did it well. The choices are pretty obvious. P4 sucked though. I struggled dealing with teddy the whole game just to get the bad ending. I'll probably never play it again. Valkyrie profile is guilty too. Multiple endings should always be obvious. I like how catherine did them

The entire story goes to shit so the developers release a new game that's in the same time line before the ending of the main game and make sure you never find out which ending is cannon.
