I've got some issues with that.

They communicated with the nations and cultures within their reach, with trade routes stretching across the continent(s). Slight difference between the Americas and Eurasia though, there was a massive arc of relatively civilized nations stretching from Spain to Japan, all trading and exchanging ideas. And crops/domesticated animals for that matter. Venture too far out of that range, out of that circle of correspondence, and you start running into all kinds of relatively primitive groups. An equivalent network didn't exist, couldn't exist, in the Americas. The Geography didn't allow for it. And wouldn't you know it, the moment they could get their hands on better tools and ideas, they adopted them, brought them into use.

Sharing and communal support? I don't know what kind of eco-freak pamphlet you've been getting your historical information from, but the Native Americans weren't all just dancing around singing songs and doing arts and crafts until Columbus rolled into town. The Aztecs and their whole group didn't. Most North American natives surely didn't. The Inuit certainly weren't pacifist. The Incans had a sort of top-down approach to running their empire, but that's hardly "sharing and communal support".

That being said, your grasp on what makes a Mary Sue is so off that you'd probably consider Kaine from Nier a Mary Sue, so the complexity of those games is probably wasted on you.

Protip: not every character who's right frequently is a Mary Sue. Being right 100% of the time is ONE requirement, however there is a distinction that the Mary Sue's judgement is not earned through the context of character building/background in a believable sense, but through the author saying "just because."

Ike lacks the tactical knowledge, initial appeal to every race, and many other factors which balance out how good he is in battle. He earns a reputation and is lauded as a hero because he ends a war, not because the game starts and he gets an applied attribute of "Oh hey by the way, Ike is super cool so you should listen to him."

All I'm saying is: the player character being right a lot of the time is pretty typical and isn't representative of them being a Mary Sue, because a Mary Sue is much more than just being right. There are plenty of games where the MC isn't right, but they aren't the norm (as it's usually a part of a plot twist when it's employed).

I played conquest lunatic with resets untill the chapter with the urns (I think it's chapter 12), where you have to get to the endline in 10 turns.

By that I mean a better UI and a better game speed to make gameplay more fluid and intuitive. And for casuals stuff like freeform shipping and support conversations draw more sales to the games. The latter does come with downsides that ruin parts of the games as well but they can always be skipped for people who don't care/like it, which is why many oldfags like Conquest. You can't skip shitty Gaiden/Genealogy-style maps and you can't make the game faster unless you're playing on an emulator. My issue with Tellius is how extremely bad antagonists are written. They are either stereotypical noble thugs or characters that are eye painfully forced into antagonization.

Radiant Dawn literally has Begnion has a me vs the world mentality throughout the entire game, even long after their own ruler was fighting on the cause of unity and staying alive.

People shouldn't always look at war from the past from a humanitarian perspective. Of course many died or was damaged, but that's just how it is. Realistically some of the characters' actions in PoR makes no sense especially considering their status and rank. I'm not talking about how morality or humanitarian aspects I'm talking about how war/international conflicts work in the past.
