It absolutely can exist. They own MGS3 and everything in it, 100%. That being said it's not like changes can't be made if they need to be. They made numerous changes for the HD collection after all.

That said this probably isn't real but it should be, it would be a smart move by Konami. It would win over fans like they said they wanted to do, and they can just re-use cutscenes from the pachinko to save some time and effort.

Yes it is. They redid the voice acting for TTS and that was a much smaller jump than this. The new characters don't even look like the old ones in these CG cutscenes.
