I'm tired of most of them being a waiting game. The later ones were pretty good but most of them were dlc locked.

Good gameplay actually reminiscent of Heat rather than the Heist theme being a cover for repetitive wave-based shooting.
Fucking Kane and Lynch's Fragile Alliance was more heist-focused than PD1 or PD2.

Oh, and no more DLC bullshit thanks
