Disagree. Unlike those others he's not limited to a cavalry team. Not everyone 1. has a guaranteed counter like Julia or +res Hector and/or 2. has the experience to not lose a unit to Rein + dancer combo. Add to this his incredible synergy with moonbow + new seal and he's a clear boon to standard teams.

Reinhardt's biggest weakness is his reliance on a +atk nature and deathblow. The former in particular is quite limiting.

Also, if you posted some proof that you're very experienced with cav teams people would be more likely to believe you theory alone means shit.

With investment, most definitely. Rein is incredibly easy to plug and play though, and fits in on nearly every team imaginable, whereas Ursula requires meme team buffs to operate at her best.
It's really a question of whether or not you want to burn a lot of feathers for a unit that's capable of basically killing everyone, or comparatively far fewer feathers for a unit who can still rack up impressive kill records even when standalone.

Should be pretty obvious, actually. Grants the highest non-Death Blow amount of Atk that he can get from a skill, and the loss in defenses are totally unimportant given he'll kick it when he's attacked anyways.

Every. Single. Round. You need to have the other two horses, one with Hone the other with Fortify, to begin right next to her. If EITHER can't, gets Draw Backed or Lunged away, dies etc and isn't there, Ursula IS NOT superior and loses enormous killing potential (especially if Fortify goes).

But Reinhardt has nearly identical killing power with a Fortify buff alone. Plus, he strikes twice, which means his Special charges faster, he kills Miracle unit etc. He's better standalone, with fewer support, with more useful skills etc. The only way Ursula can be a stronger unit is with a PERFECT support team of a cav team.

And Spring Camilla is better even still, anyway.
