Second game was the best and everyone should play it. First game felt like a pretty boring tech demo desu, box moving quest at best.

for me its 1 > 3 > 2 > LK
as much as i like the improvements on the rpg system that 2 had and properly bringing back the solar gun i feel that 1 had a better and more focused level design as you only had the solar gun to work with .
also solar gun customization in 1 was really cool and i especially liked that i could charge the batteries that weren't equipped and basically use them as reserve solar energy.
