The reasons why the Stahlritter have come together might be touched upon. The Stahlritter are unlike the rest of the Enforcers and work directly under Arianrhod.

Kondo's Comments: It's been awhile since he's come to the stage, since Ao no Kiseki. Campanella will make an appearance when the Ouroboros has to make a major move. He will be in a position to guide other Ouroboros members that are in Erebonia. This also includes a promised factor [element- person. hard to run with this, since it's very vague and general].
