It isn't the kind of job that I can proactively do extra stuff. If we don't get calls, we are free to do whatever we want. 4+ hours of free time is a lot of time to kill. I also use it to study Spanish (because you can get a raise if you pass a proficiency test), but there are only so many hours that you can spend on that.
