>Complaining about a game when you only have x hours in
"You barely played it, you cant judge it"
>>Complaining about a game when you only have x+k hours in
"If you hated it why did you play it for so long?"
Is there an acceptable sweetspot between those two points?

Yes. Not giving a shit about arbitrary stuff internet strangers say
>complaining about a game when you haven't played it
>>379289392
youre thinking too hard champ
don't take memes seriously
>>379289392
the one where you stop complaining
duuuuhhhhh!
No. It's all subjective, often double-standards bullshit, which allows people to move their goalposts whenever things don't seem to work out for them.
Sure, SOME games seriously pick up towards the end; especially many a bit older games pretty much always improved and expanded after the beginning, and it was an assumed default fact.
>play for quite a few hours
>lol why did you play so much if you hated it
Because I like to give every game a fair chance before I criticise them. Besides, I'm not going to shit on a game without knowing exactly why it's shit for myself.

Exactly, only the second complaint in OP is fallacious bait, the first point always stands.

What about complaining about a game when you have \lim_{k \rightarrow 0} \frac{f(x + k) - f(x)}{k} hours in?
>people put 200+hours into destiny
>say it's shit
Why didn't they stop at the 50-60 hour mark then?
