Probably tag First Aid, gambling, and throwing
Take the Finesse Trait and the Bruiser Trait
10 Strength
10 Perception
10 Endurance
2 Charisma
1 Intelligence
1 Agility
3 Luck

That way you have 3 action points
All enemies have +45 armour or something because of finesse
Most dialogue options are gone cos Int 1 means you're a tard

Not enough action points to do anything in combat except punch
No action points means you can't run away
No sneak means you can't sneak past enemies
