The GBA was a really good platform, but yes, the major problem lies with the fact that it makes Nintendo go stagnant hardware wise.

This has been pretty evident for a while, I loved my Vita but Sony abandoned it pretty early, I wasn't expecting a 2nd one. The Vita was a niche weeb game/indie game machine, nothing less, nothing more.

Sony needs to clear out of the everything market. Their home consoles are fine but they're simply budget priced gaming PCs. Their movie division is fucking awful, they don't make first party games, and their handhelds were great but never got any support and were too expensive.
