Healers are extremely limited in their Special options. You can choose a Balm if you want a buff (keeping in mind that the buff will not stack with any rallies or Hone/Fortify skills), or you can choose Imbue or Heavenly Light to put out more healing. Because Rehabilitate adds 1 to your special cooldown, I prefer Imbue to help units that aren't at the Rehab treashold for maximum healing.

Miracle is also an option for healers, but unless they're running Live to Serve or have an advantageous defensive set up against their enemies (like a super def-based Azama against all melee attackers), the chances that they will live to proc it are slim.

dragon emblem is somewhat challenging in arena, since it doesn't have 3 movement like horse emblem, it can't fly over trees/obstacles like flier emblem, and it's not as tanky as armor emblem.
That being said, it's really fun (imo) doing the GHBs and deathless arena runs, since you really need to use Reposition and dance and Fae heal to pull it off.
The hardest part about Dragon Emblem is getting Ninian and Y.Tiki. You can use A.Tiki instead of Y.Tiki and she can still kill Julia i believe, but Y.Tiki is just better.
I've also sunk a lot of feathers into this, just for 5* upgrading to feed certain skills and what not.
TLDR do it, dragons are cute.

Unless she has desperation, she wouldn't be able to quad anything that could counter-attack. With L&D 3, All it would take to kill her is 47 physical attack or 50 magic attack. You could use ardent sacrifice to safely get her into desperation, but it would mean getting rid of her unique rally. Fury would give 2 less attack and speed, 8 more def/res in comparison, allowing her to survive up to 55 damage from a physical attack and 58 magical attack. That should allow her to take one hit from most arena units, and put her into desperation range.

Whether you want to use Brave bow or Cupid is up to you, but with Fury your offensive stats would be 50 att / 41 spd with cupid bow or 45 att / 36 spd with brave bow.
