Johnny Bravo had a lot of innuendo in every episode, so I wouldn't be surprised. Even as a kid, I got the vibe that the deer wanted to physically do something with Johnny and that they weren't just in it for a pleasant dinner date.

TV stations have always been a business first and foremost, so it's no surprise that they're just spamming the cheapest show they have that's still relatively popular/profitable.

I thought things would be getting better since Adventure Time, Regular Show, Gumball, and Steven Universe were pretty strong creator-focused series. Even if you didn't like those shows, the creators were given a pretty high amount of creative control compared to a lot of other networks. Guess the channel's either not doing too well financially right now or they're in maintenance mode while they find replacements for Regular Show and Adventure Time. I'm also not sure how much longer Gumball's going to run since I heard the creator wants to end the series.

I don't know if that's stupid or ballsy. There's probably a semi-legitimate business reason to do that but I feel bad for the kids who have to wait that out.

I don't watch CN that much anymore, but I remember seeing some interesting pilots that I heard were green-lit for a full series over the next few years. Hope they don't end up being disappointments.
