Apart from the fact that in that entire Pokken trailer all it showed was the fact that it's PORTABLE. Every single piece of marketing shows that it can be taken anywhere, that's the SELLING POINT. And objectively, with it being a system with a built in battery, it's a portable system, yes it's bulkier, but it is still held in the hands.

What the fuck can they do with that marketing when they go "Oh here's the 4DS I guess you can keep your Switch at home oh btw it's weak as shit because we needed it to be portable for a few months"

And yeah, Apple does that, but Apple isn't in the fucking games industry, those are multimedia devices with purposes outside of gaming. It's an entirely different industry with its own practices. Apple never competes with itself, it gets people in to the eco system and gets them to buy all of it. Nintendo can't do that because people want dedicated support for whatever system they bought, that's why companies competing with themselves in the games industry has never worked, and it will never work.
