Golden age arc Guts would be a fair match up for Geralt, anything after than would wreck him beyond belief. Geralt would never be able to take on 100 soldiers simultaneously or dozens of demons with only a knife so he'd probably lose to golden age Guts too. Geralts superior reflexes don't help against a weapon whose reach is further than his evasion range. Geralt would have to rely on parries(goodluck) or the shieldsign (too slow). Hes just not fast enough to evade.

Geralt wears heavy mail at best, but leather and clothing most commonly. Guts would cleave through any attempt at blocking and Geralt would be swept away. Both are pretty much immune to crossbow bolts. Either Guts would get a lucky blow in at some point, or Geralt would set some sort of traps or use potions to take him out. Guts has problems against Griffiths agility, and Geralt has almost as much agility, and probably as much or more if he uses potions, which he obviously does.

Beserk is Seinen(young adult) so it doesn't have as much market appeal in the modern anime era. Thus they have to go for a low budget production and then they fix all the super shitty stuff in the blu rays which the hope will be profitable enough to justify the production at all.

I want backstory on Skull Knight and Void's relationship
Like it's obvious that they have beef, and it was stated that Void was the priest that SK imprisoned and tortured.

That doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't want it, the newest Godhand member is imperfect since the demon child was absorbed by the egg apostle before his second transformation and this is going to be his downfall.

He hardly cares about Humanity as a collective. He steps out every now and then and helps an individual like Luca or Rickert, but not Humanity as a whole.

He is at no point an easy match of an apostle and usually barely survives encounters with them.
People forget that before the berserker armor he was defying death through pure stubbornness.

I'm not super into witcher, but Garelt has to start off the advantage of being stronger and more importantly faster than any human, which puts him on par with Guts (ignoring the fact guts is using a sword a man his size would be unable to use, at all).
Second he has magic, but also potions and an arsenal of tricks that is also on par of the one Guts uses.

They are matched, in theory, however Gets inhabits a much less 'grounded' universe that takes more liberties with human limits, on the other hand witcher universe is really down to the ground in comparison.So this creates the impression that Guts should be stronger.
