Arms has a fat ass just like Nier, and it has actually nice gameplay. Plus this is the start of another great nintendo franchise like splatoon, so if anything this should get a higher score than the dumbass waifu game that was shilled for weeks on end. The only thing it doesn't have is a PC port, and for that reason alone won't have the same amount of threads nier did.
If you actually like video games though you already have a switch anyway.

Around here I can see 7s from reviewers, since Grand Prix is apparently pretty bare and reviewers like reviewing "bang for your buck" as well. Given it comes after Tekken 7 and Injustice 2, that also is difficult comparison to make in ARMS' case.
But the "Nintendo charm" is gonna make people give in to 8s.
