Here's the actual thing for someone who wants to do this scientifically. R is whatever you choose the ceiling's reference point to be (could have it be 0 with notches on the left being negative and notches on the right being positive), and mi and ri being the individual mass and distance in notches from the reference point of that mass, respectively. M is the total weight, so that'd be 160 in this case.
