Some people hate it because it's gray and dull and the Washington D.C. part mostly sucks dick with it's linear metro bullshit. It's not a bad game but it just feels dull compared to the other games in the series. Which is funny because those who like 3 say that the other ones feel dull.

I don't particularly hate it but I'd play anything else in the series if I feel like playing Fallout.
