I heard about it for some time, but I had never been into Final Fantasy so I ignored it. Once they started showing trailers and other stuff at the recent E3's, I began to gain interest. It wasn't until my friends got it that I was interested in it because they said it was really good.

This game was first shown a fucking decage ago. There are FF oldfags here who postponed their suicides year after year because some day this game would be released. That it turned out to be a mediocre rushed mess upsets a lot of people.
