Junpei overall best, IDK where to rank the other two. On one hand we have Ryuji being a retard with Morgana and shouting your secrets, on the other Yosuke bullies Kanji and is generally an annoying closet homo (I don't like fags, but Yosuke is deep in denial).

Ryuji annoyed me less in the end. And having to repeat things to Yosuke was super annoying when villains were shouting their exposition.

Junpei starts out a shit, but then grows to be a better person and someone you can genuinely rely on. Ryuji is a good character from the start, but becomes the butt of the party which makes 90% of his lines either dumb shit or aggressive, provoking statements. Yosuke is a bit of a pathetic dick rider day one, and only grows to become more insensitive and inconsiderate as the game goes forward.

Nailed it. Junpei butted heads with you at the beginning but came out feeling more real for it when he became a true bro. Yosuke is just overly enthusiastic all the time which makes any drama with him come off as cheap and forced.
