For its first 2 months it was the best MMO ever made. People who whine that you aren't forced to party are simply too autistic to engage in conversations on their own. However, I'd advise against playing it because you wont ever be able to enjoy any other games combat again. Once you got used to fighting without hard cooldowns and smart button layouts all other MMOs will feel clunky as hell.

What mmorpg should I play if I have no mmorpg experience and want to make some internet friends (but have no friends to go into it with)? I feel like it might be too late for me to get into any of them.

Lots of ways for new players to level up real fast
Gear is universal and upgraded with stones, so your character hardly changes unless you buy cash shop clothing.

It has top notch graphics, great character customization, and a nude mod. You do the math.
