The underlined thing is not what happens at all since Shadowbolt is at the bottom of the priority because summoning, empowering summons and having the Doom dot is more important than SB. Hell you got Demonwrath as well if you wanna use that instead of bolt for shard gen. Well, you aren't going to make a surrounding AOE type move on a Lock that powerful. Just like how AE for mage isn't that powerful. At that point they start having a significant advantage over melee in even close range if the "super ultra powerful close range move" idea is done. The Elves are the most interesting to me, both night elves and blood elves. There's barely enough justification for the Horde and Alliance fighting anymore, how are they gonna justify both fractions fighting each along with a new player fraction and the PvE villains of the expansion. They should just ditch the race fraction system and go to something similar to FF14's grand company system. Hell you could still even have wPvP with that and expand the potential playerbase for pve guilds to draw from. It would also fix the pvp servers that are broken due to fraction imbalances.
