Casca was alright. But unreliable as shit.
But even despite being an above average female fighter she was still well below dudes even below her ranking.

Which is why when began having menstrual pains she just fell over was at the enemies mercy and needed Guts to swoop in and save her. Her best assets is also that she's a woman, a rare face in the frontlines of a battle, thus she's often underestimated.

I'd say the best chance a she swordsmen has in Berserk would be to just be smart as fuck like Griffith and Serpico, both who are rather thin and feminine, but agile and intelligent.
