You talking about the anime? The englisg dub of the anime is considered to be one of the best english dubs ever. Granted I've only ever watched two animes before, dbz and yu yu hakusho on toonami, but from what I've read it is up there.

yep, that happened, the retards that localized the game cheaped out and instead of hiring the original american VAs or keep the japanese voices with subtitles they hired some retards with awful voices, or maybe some guys from the development team made the voices

One of my favorite DS games. The atmosphere alone is phenomenal. Wish they didn't rush it though, the plot is a clusterfuck.
