Devil May Cry 5 vs. Dragon's Dogma 2

DMC5 so that guy who makes those countdown threads wont kill himself. Legit worried for him.

Assuming it will be well made? Devil May Cry 5 because I never played Dragon's Dogma

While I love DMC I feel like a new one just wouldn't be good. DD 2 atleast has some hope of being good. Thats if they don't get all inspired by Dark Souls and change things up like crazy.

DMC5 seems safer to make. Smaller budget, won't break consoles, takes less time to make, etc.

Itsuno isn't working on DD2. The Deep Down team is doing that with Japan Studio and will be exclusive to PS4.

DMC5 is the new Itsuno game and will be multiplatform on PC, Xbox, and PS4.

If Dragon's Dogma gets a sequel announced I will be the happiest fucking dude in southwest Michigan. Then I'll be depressed because I won't have time to play it all day every day because I'll be taking classes full time when it release while working 30-35 hours a week. Fuck.

DMC5 only if we get to play as sparda story against Mundus.
If not, then DD2 because the original had very good ideas that needed more polish. A bigger map, better written sidequests (well this is capcom so I know I can't ask much.)

We already have enough Devil May Cry and i didn't even knew that Dragons Dogma was popular. That game is quite bad.

It's got to be Dragon's Dogma.
There is no reason for them to have all this activity just for console rerelease.

Dragon's dogma was literally a beat them all with some RPG elements.
I'd like to see a more balanced game if they do a sequel. Like adding funny side activities, better interactions with npc, good exploration with good platform elements (like GW2 for exemple)

DD2. I'd be happy either way, but DD just has so much more untapped potential. If Capcom announced tomorrow that they are never making another DMC, I'd be upset, but I'd be happy that the series had a good run. If they said they're not touching DD again, it would just be unfortunate because Dragon's Dogma was a fraction of what it could have been. I think they'll announce DMC5 though.
