I agree but their servers exploding and the matchmaking still being broken it's left a really bad first impression in a lot of people. I'm hoping that it can come out of it with at least a constant userbase because what's there is pretty damn solid.

A lot of potential for laughs, close calls, shit going horribly wrong, shit going amazingly right. People complaining about Jason being OP don't seem to get that he's meant to be, and nerfing him would ruin a lot of what makes it actually work.

I don't know if their servers exploding royally fucked the game hard at launch or if they had issues they didn't catch for some reason, but if it can get fixed soon and not "soon" then it may still catch peoples interest. I know a friend or two who said they'd buy it if some of the issues are ironed out within the next week or so on PS4.

My point was never that if he grabbed you, you should always escape. It was 1. Grab has bullshit ghost range. And no punishment if he misses because he can spam it. Making protection characters useless.
2. Grab to executions are way too short making many occasions where a full team cant save a counselor because they die from a grab in .5 seconds while being right next to them to save them.
3.Hit boxes of players are fucked and result in when trying to save you hurt the counselor and not Jason. Even WHEN they are in a state of being grabbed

That's their fault. At the start of the match get the fuck away from the large main houses, the cars, the phone house, any possible hot spot. After about 40 seconds or so if he hasn't stopped by then go check the houses. I never go into the large buildings as a counselor until well past the start of the match because you're asking to die.
