In comparison other games from around the same timeframe, that being 7 pirates and Mary Skelter, Valkyria and pirates fell off the radar pretty quickly, but it's hard to tell because of the drama and japs really love to shit on anything that causes it

It's literally Omega Quintet with a new coat of paint and very slight upgrades.
Even the story is super similar.

I was super into it at first, but I dropped it before the halfway point. What I did love was the music and SOME of the characters. Wasn't enough to grip me though.

The Day/Night system makes finding certain monsters a fucking pain in the ass for quests, and the world map is really annoying for the same reasons. It has some good ideas but really bad execution. Honestly, if they just toned down the side quests, it would probably be a lot more annoying, but you're practically forced to do them or you'll miss out on shit you really need.

And I loved QQ.
