This is actually a real thing, and pretty important, but it's hard to quantify. In high quality games it means simple stuff; smooth menu transitions, bug fixes, little secrets or extra content, useful features in the option menu like gameplay choices, snappy controls, interesting or at least fitting loading screens, and so on. When games are unpolished it usually means lacking these things, or the game is rough around the edges.

Typically a term used to describe bad controls in game. It can be difficult to describe, but essentially it means that characters feel like they 'slide' around the level and have little to no weight, or have too much weight. It could also means that the controls or menus don't flow well together, like for example if you can block and then instantly punch but you can't block and then jump without waiting a second it makes the controls feel weird. Some games make 'slow' or clunky controls on purpose like Dark Souls or old school survival horror games, but they do these on purpose and are totally fine.

While the initialism here usually means Multiplayer Online Battle Arena that name is hardly very descriptive. Most people refer to Mobas that are games that are similar to the original Dota, which is a top down view of controlling a single hero fighting other heroes with cooldown abilites, buying items or skills and fighting minions and an enemy team of heroes in 'lanes' that you 'push' to destroy enemy towers and so on.

Then there are some games that are kind of mobas, and then there are games which are objectively not Mobas but might have some 'characters with cooldowns which makes them mobas' or some shit. Overwatch and the new Quake game are not Mobas but people like to call them that on /v/ because /v/irgins like to use dumb buzzwords for some reason.

Polished was just descriptive word for high production values combined with ease of use features and smooth framerate with little performance problems.
Now it means lack of satisfaction.

Clunky meant unresponsive/intuitive controls/interface.
Now it means "I can't read".

Moba started as description of DOTA like ruleset.
Now it means "I don't like"

Comfy is a term used to describe feelings of warmth, safety, security, freedom from modern life. When they say The Thing is comfy, they probably are referring to the actual location of the movie; a far away arctic base where everything is really cold and you can cuddle up under a blanket and get comfy, not the evil monster.
