I fucking love UO. The only video game I want in life is a remade UO with larger servers, a larger map, updated controls, and make it so the skills actually do things.

It's impossible to get people into it on new servers because there are too many third party esoteric tricks that make playing the competing impossible unless you study a wiki.

Always found it confusing as fuck that people constantly talk about Runescape here but never about UO, which seemed so popular back in the day.

Loved UO and there was also a huge number of free servers which had strong, funny communities.

I was a huge fan of the old Ultimas. So when I got into it in 1998 I was full of dreams of living a virtual life in Britannia. Sadly those Dreams got crushed pretty soon because it was also the dawn of Online-Faggotry.

When I left it for Daoc I was already jaded as fuck

I liked UO, but hated how most solo pvp revolved around invis and exploding potion macros.
