DS3 was just something to milk more from the series, but Bloodborne was definitely an environmentally detailed treasure trove of fun.

Little easter eggs hidden around the entire world that perfectly tied in everything from the way enemies looked to your own level-up npc, and even to the weapons themselves; it's very hard to say that this wasn't the better game.

Plus, trick weapons and some badass visceral attacks sure did sell it really well.
