Make sure to have some kind of entertaining running commentary. Usually streams are boring without entertainment to go along with it, otherwise its pretty much just videogames. Part of what makes many streamers famous is their "stand-up" acts, and while some may consider it cringey, it works well to draw in an audience.

You pretty much HAVE to have a catch. If you are a literal nobody, even if you are funny or skilled you won't be watched.

Either git gud and get on a pro team or anywhere where you will get exposure, then go on streaming, or be funny, be a Youtuber, get a fanbase and THEN stream. Streaming is a market that is heavily saturated. For every streamer making bank there are a hundred who are on 0 views most of the time.

It's not as fun as you might think. You'll get viewers from playing one type of game. And when you're streaming, you should be playing that game and only that game. Any breaks or slacking off will risk having your viewers leave.

It's just that whatever traits are required for being among the very best in anything (from not giving a fuck about the risks of an unconventional career choices to drive to be the best no matter what and practise 24/7) are rare in women. I've never streamed before but I watch a lot of well-known and not so well-known streamers.

The ones that keep me around are usually people who are charismatic and confident and always have something interesting/witty to say.

Also, responding to as many people in the chat as possible aka INTERACTION helps so much too.

Also, set a schedule. You might have a lot of free time but not your viewers. If you have a set schedule and your viewers like you, they will try to fit your stream schedule into theirs, which is hueg considering they must like you.
